At the current time all Council meetings will be held at the Mill Arts & Events Centre unless otherwise stated on the Agenda. Meetings will also be livestreamed to the Council's YouTube channel via the following link:

Members of the public can ask one question on notice of Members of the Council at meetings of Full Council only and one supplementary question at the meeting, and are allowed up to three minutes to ask their question. There will be a maximum of five questions at each Full Council meeting. A question can only be asked if notice has been given by sending it to the Joint Chief Executive, copied to memberservices@rochford.gov.uk no later than midday three working days before the meeting (Note: this does not include the day of despatch of a report setting out such a public question or the day of the meeting of Full Council). The notice must include the name and address of the questioner; the name of the Member of Council to whom the question is directed, and be relevant to items on the agendafor that meeting of Full Council. No supplmentary questions may be asked.
