We oppose any further development on 'green field' land within Rochford District
- RDC to update its Housing Allocations/Local Plan policy in respect of future housing development within the Rochford District as a matter of urgency.
- RDC to write to the two local MPs urging them to lobby the Secretary of State to update its strategic housing policy.
- RDC to work with Essex County Council and developers to ensure that the correct infrastructure is put in place to support any future housing developments.
